LOOKBROOKE:

In 2013 as a way to distract myself from finals I found myself back onto my old blogger account and decided to give this blogging thing one more try.  Fueled by a passion for life, beauty, and style the idea for LookBrooke came to play. I wanted my own corner of the internet where I could share with the world what I was passionate about through writing, one of the creative outlets I do best. Here's hoping to add a splash of charm to an everyday life. 

Growing up my mother used to always get on me for my person sense of style, I never was one to put on jeans and a t-shirt and call it a day. I started following fashion blogs and realized I did have style and not wearing jeans and t-shirt isn't the only way to seem "normal." So to be able to share my personal style and prove to my mother that maybe I'm not as crazy as I seemed after all, well that's worth it ;) 

THE FACE BEHIND THE SCREEN:

Hey there! I'm Brooklyn Terry, I'm in my mid-twenties and love all things blush and dainty. I studied at Liberty University for three years (pursuing a theater degree). I grew up in Southern Virginia and spent my summers in South Jersey. I am happiest when the sun is shining, the temperature is 60+, and I have tanned skin. I can't swim or ride a bike, but I can make a mean smoothie and can be found dancing around at all times. Anything with Malibu Rum is considered a hit with me. My favorite clothing stores are PacSun, Target, and Old Navy. My comfort food is mac and cheese and my coffee obsession is alive and well.

When I started this blog, I never thought it would turn out to become what it has grown into… a place to come together and talk fashion and life. I never thought I could feel like I was a presence in the blogging community, so thank you for all your love and support. Never in a million years would I think I'd get the opportunity to work with amazing brands and meet such amazing people, what a blessing to have something I love to do get to be one of my main focuses.
